Capstone Project

A critical component of the Executive MBA Program is the Capstone Project, a program-long effort focusing on a particular issue of concern to each participant’s organization.

The Capstone Project requires each participant to use their business knowledge and leadership skills to tackle an important challenge facing their company or organization.  In collaboration with your management, you’ll identify and define the problem or issue, develop an approach that utilizes your EMBA learning, and produce actionable results with the potential for significant impact.

Although each project is unique, each participant will develop a detailed statement of work, define goals and objectives, conduct primary and secondary research as needed, perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis, develop and test solutions, formulate options and recommendations, produce professional written deliverables, and deliver a final oral presentation.

The Capstone Project is your opportunity to add value directly back to your organization through the Executive MBA Program.
